All 22 bedrooms are comfortably
furnished, tastefully decorated and designated
'non-smoking'. Each one has a bath and shower
en-suite and is equipped with all the usual
facilities including hospitality tray, colour
television, trouser press and radio alarm. Many
rooms are double bedded but there are a number
of twins (some of which zip together to give
very nice 'kingsize' beds) and a couple of single
beds too.
A good number of the rooms have
lovely views across the garden up to the moor
and three or four rooms are situated at ground
level which are well suited to those who struggle
with stairs.
We have one large family room
on the first floor for up to four people but
we also have a pair of adjoining rooms which
provide a very useful family suite on the ground
floor. This comprises of one twin and one double
room each with en-suite facilities. One room
has internal access whilst the other opens directly
onto the car park which helps when considering
the volume of luggage required for family trips.
