Notes:
Reservations and deposits:- Reservations can be made by telephone, fax or email and all rooms are offered subject to availability on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per night booked. Last minute reservations must be guaranteed with credit card details.

Cancellations:- If you have to cancel your break or holiday, charges will be made as follows:
More than 7 days notice - Deposit only
1-7 days notice - 50% of booked value
on day of arrival - 90% of booked value
In your own interests we recommend that you obtain Holiday Insurance. Full details and proposal form on request.

Accounts:- Personal cheques will be accepted only when supported by a cheque card with the requisite limit. Business cheques will only be accepted by prior arrangement. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and AmEx.

Leisure Facilities:- No children under the age of 15 will be admitted without the constant supervision of at least one parent.

Restaurant Meals:- Dinner is served 7.00-8.30pm and breakfast between 8.00-9.00am (weekdays) 8.30-9.30am (weekends). Smart dress only please.

Children's Meals:- A high tea is offered from 5.30pm (by arrangement) so that under 3's can be out of the restaurant by 7pm.

Restaurant Charges:- 3 Course Dinner and Coffee £22.95. Full English Breakfast £10.95.

Dogs:- Are accepted by prior arrangement but are not permitted in public rooms or the garden. A charge of £4.50 per night applies.

Staff Gratuities:- These are left at our guests' discretion, but we will be pleased to add them to your bill if you wish.
